you can rest assured that transactions are handled securely by Paypal and The Priston Festival will not have access to your credit card details.

to buy on-line, use the Add Cart button to select the ticket type(s) you require. You can use the View Cart button at any time to review your selections. When you have completed your selections use the Proceed to Checkout button to complete the transaction.

you will receive a Paypal receipt for your payment by email.

on-line purchases are subject to availability. You will receive an email confirming that your tickets have been dispatched within 1 day of your on-line purchase. This email is The Priston Festival's acceptance of your offer to purchase tickets. Tickets will be dispatched by 1st Class post to the address you provided when making the transaction.

you should receive your tickets within 5 days of your on-line transaction. If you do not receive them, or have any other queries, please contact us on pristonfestival@googlemail.com. Please do not include any credit card details in your email.

if you buy your tickets on or after Mon 16 September, your ticket will be held at the door. Please bring your Paypal receipt to claim your tickets.
