Our Village Cook Book

Our Village Cook Book has been compiled from recipes provided by the people and friends of  Priston, Nailwell and Inglesbatch.  Comprising 153 pages and with 130 recipes, the book covers the full range of dishes from  Starters through Main Courses to Desserts, also including Vegetarian, Snacks, Sauces, Drinks, Biscuits & Bread.   Many of the recipes have brief anecdotes from the contributor.

Beautifully illustrated with drawings by by Sue Copperman and designed by Sue Hunter-Jones, the book makes an attractive and useful gift for Christmas or any other occasion, particularly when complemented by the matching apron and tea towel.  All three items are available in a Gift Set beautifully wrapped in brown manilla paper and ribbon.  The book is printed on 21cm x 21cm paper and is sturdily bound with a metal ring binder.

The book was produced by the Priston Church Fund-Raising Committee and all proceeds go towards the restoration and maintenance of Priston Church.
